MELANIE LOWE, NP, MSN
Melanie has been a registered nurse since 1995. She graduated with her Masters in Nursing Education in 1998 and was a nursing instructor for 3 years in Auburn. Melanie moved to Hendersonville from Indianapolis in 2006 and worked as a registered nurse at Vanderbilt Medical Center on the cardiovascular unit.
In 2008, she graduated from Vanderbilt University with her post-graduate degree. After working as a nurse practitioner in an internal medicine office in Hendersonville and a non-profit, faith-based clinic in Westmoreland, TN, Melanie decided to open up her own medical clinic.
In June, 2010, Cornerstone Primary Healthcare opened its doors with the goals of offering excellent patient care, thorough patient education, and exceptional customer service.
Rachel has been a registered nurse since 2004. She graduated with her Master’s of Science in Nursing degree from Austin Peay State University specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. After working at Centennial Medical Center on the cardiovascular unit, she joined Cornerstone Primary Healthcare in September of 2014.
Rachel is now offering Xeomin and Botox injections for wrinkle reduction at Cornerstone Primary Healthcare.

Michaela Stolarz is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing. Before transitioning to primary care, she practiced in urgent care, where she gained extensive experience managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions across all age groups. Michaela is passionate about providing comprehensive, patient-centered care, and values building long lasting relationships that support each patient's long-term health and wellness.
Melissa Naranjo, is a bilingual (Spanish) board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of combined nursing and advanced practice experience in acute and chronic care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of West Florida. Melissa provides comprehensive primary care across the lifespan, with a focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and patient education. She is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and building lasting relationships that support her patients’ long-term health and well-being.
Kristy is our office manager and billing specialist. She is very knowledgeable about insurance claims and can assist you with your billing and insurance questions. She has an abundance of resources to help our patients and keeps the clinic running smoothly. Kristy is a Gallatin native. She and her husband have two children and two adorable canines.
